How much will this cost? Are there any hidden fees?

I believe in 100% transparency. Our first 15-minute chat is completely free. My comprehensive 1-hour Strategy Session has a set fee of $188, which we’ll discuss beforehand. After that session, I’ll give you a fixed-fee quote for the entire visa service. You’ll know the exact cost before you commit. No hidden charges, no “by the hour” stress.

What's the difference between the free chat and the 1-hour Strategy Session?

The Free 15-Min Chat is our initial hello. It’s for us to see if we’re a good fit, for me to understand your basic situation, and to explain my process. The 1-Hour Strategy Session is a paid, deep-dive consultation where I’ll assess your full history, and provide you with a formal, professional opinion and a clear strategy on your best visa options.

How long will my visa application take?

This is the million-dollar question! All processing times are set by the Department of Home Affairs, and they can change constantly based on their workloads and your visa type. While no agent can guarantee a timeframe, my guarantee is that I will lodge a “decision-ready” application—a meticulously prepared, high-quality file—which is the best way to prevent any unnecessary delays.

Can you 100% guarantee my visa will be approved?

This is one of the most important questions. The honest answer is no. No registered agent or lawyer can (or should) ever guarantee a visa approval, as the final decision always rests with the Department of Home Affairs. My guarantee is different: I guarantee I will give you honest, clear advice and prepare the strongest, most accurate application possible to give you the best chance of success.

How private is my information?

Your privacy is non-negotiable. As a Registered Migration Agent, I am legally bound by the OMARA Code of Conduct to maintain strict confidentiality. Beyond the legal side, I also protect your data technically. We use a secure client portal for all document uploads, ensuring your sensitive personal information is encrypted and safe—never floating around in an unsecured email chain.

Can't I just lodge the application myself?

You absolutely can, but migration law is a beast—it’s incredibly complex and changes all the time. A simple mistake on a form or a missed document can lead to a refusal and the loss of your (very expensive) application fee. Think of me as your professional guide and your peace of mind. I handle the legal stress so you can focus on planning your new life.

What’s a ‘MARN’ and why does it matter?

It’s my Migration Agent Registration Number (2518868). In Australia, it is illegal for someone to give immigration advice without one. It’s your proof that I am fully qualified, I stay up-to-date with the law, and I am bound by a strict professional Code of Conduct that protects you (and your private information).

I'm not in Australia. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. My service is set up to help clients from all over the world. We’ll use Zoom, phone, and secure email to manage your entire case, no matter what time zone you’re in.

I see you're from Russia. Do you offer services in Russian?

Yes, I do. I am a fluent Russian speaker and migrated to Australia from Russia myself. I am very happy to conduct our entire consultation and service in Russian if that makes the process more comfortable and clear for you.
